1. Return Eligibility
Buyers may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- A different product was delivered than what was ordered.
- The item was lost in transit or arrived in non-functional condition.
Returns are only accepted if the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products marked as non-returnable by the seller in the listing.
- Items damaged due to buyer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Products that have been used, altered, or disassembled after delivery.
- Custom or made-to-order items unless proven defective on arrival.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Orders and click on Request Return.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the item and a reason for return.
- Wait for seller approval or Equips Marketplace mediation (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping
- If the seller is at fault (wrong item, defective product, etc.), the seller bears return shipping costs.
- If the buyer is returning for other acceptable reasons, the buyer covers the shipping.
- Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
5. Condition for Returned Items
Returned items must:
- Be in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documents.
- Be unused unless the issue relates to a defect or incorrect item.
6. Refund After Return
- Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, the refund will be processed to the buyerβs original payment method.
